Local Founding
The Florida Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon was founded on
February 12, 1949 at Stetson University.The original SigEp house is
located on the corner of Stone Avenue and High Street in DeLand, FL.
Florida Beta can now be found on the corner of Pennsylvania Ave. and
Bert Fish Rd. on Stetson University's campus.
